Not long now….

Only a few week till me n the lovely Mrs B board our love boat on the broads so we are looking forward to that,I reckon ya can’t beat the UK for a rest full holiday just the weather that can bugger it up but i like boating in the rain so no probs there. Mind you for a bit of sun on our backs we are nipping over to warmer climes later in the year,Where we end up is anyones guess at the moment but wherever it is we shall spend a lot of our time under the sun.

More bad news as we get another stabbing just up the road from Barnze Towers,Another life in the balance and another stat to log in the books eh?

Anyroad i’m off to enjoy the rest of my day off,Enjoy the rest of your day dear reader,Take care.

The only boat I’ve ever been on is my grandfather’s old fishing boat. Oh, we got plenty of sun sitting out there for 6 hours in the ungodly hours of morning, bamboo poles in hand…but I wouldn’t want to do it for any longer than that.

If you like boating then you should come up and do Loch Lomond at some point. Sailed on the loch for a dozen or so years when I was a youngsters and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, the excitement of the changing loch and the odd dunk in the water on a nice sunny day.

Many new boat owners often ask the question, are boat lifts really necessary? The reason for asking this question is because they don’t fully understand what is involved in the maintenance of a boat. One very important job you will have is keeping the outside of your boat cleaned. This can be very difficult if you do not have access to a boat lift…

Mine is all ready in the water..no lift needed.
