The last un.

Last shift of the week the week tonight and a tough week it’s been i can tell ya,mind you it ain’t done yet so i want a good one tonight to round it off.

My fingers are still giving me some grief but getting better all the time,i reckon a good session of loving care from the lovely Mrs B and a few beers will put me well up the road to recovery.

Quite a bit of shit to do on my days off  what with shopping,admin & a few faces to see but i reckon i can slot in some quality time in there….Bring on that holiday!

Anyroad time i got moving,i hope you lot have a good weekend as mine starts in the morning i shall have a beer for breakfast and a good long well deserved sleep.

Blood, sweat n tears..

Yet another hot sweaty shift last night at the factory but after all said & done we managed to keep the shop floor moving at a steady pace with all the work in & out and another great effort from the team,My hand is now flexible again so i am well chuffed about that and with only 2 shifts to do before my 6 off i am hoping for a lull in the work just to give us time to get our breath back!
Roll on Friday…I need a beer!

September is only a couple of days away and that brings good times closer,allus good to have something in the future to push you on i reckon! Bring on the sun,surf and sangria i say!

Anyroad i am off for a bucket of tea and a fist full of fags..Have a good one and stay safe out there.

Nearly there..

Half the weeks work done..Fingers still swollen and  sore (Getting better by the hour) but the work keeps coming in,So  it’s carry  on regardless ..

Only 3 weeks till me & the lovely Mrs B nip off for some sun n fun  in Spain so that thought is keeping me in high spirits though i reckon we shall be shopping at the weekend for shoes,To quote Mrs B “You have to have new shoes for the holidays,It’s an unwritten law”. I shall make do with my old faithful,not that i am planning on doing much walking!

Anyroad i gotta get a shower n all that before getting back to the factory so i’m off.

Ouch!!!!!!!

I caught my hand on a bad piece of work last nights and buggred up a couple of fingers,nowt realy serious but enough to hurt like fuck and leave me strapped up for a few days.Arse!!!

Other that that it’s just another day in paradise eh?
Anyroad i am only up here for a coke so it’s back to the factory flooor now…Keep smiling!

The Q word…

A nice steady shift last night.A rush on at around 11 ish then steady till the end of the shift..Some of us were tempted to use the Q word be we managed to avoid it.I ain’t getting a slap again for making that mistake again.

I must say i am enjoying the sun at the moment and the lovely Mrs B has taken the break in the weather to get some gardening work done,After the rain we have had we lost a few plants due to waterlogging so she n master B went shopping today to replace those lost ones. so a bit of digging to be done..Not by me i must add!

Anyroad it’s time for me to get ready for the next stint..Have a good bank holiday those of you who get the day off,the rest of us will have to work it..Double bubble..Bring it on!

I Won…..

The losers trophy once again is mine..Nice to come away with an award i reckon.Mr’s B get’s to keep the winners trophy till next time.

A good night bar being put on a lane next to 6 kids who lobbed their balls down the lane after walking around with them hanging off one finger and shouting as loud as they could,Oh and the bar was closed and the staff were down to only 3 so next time we go bowling we are going to the Megabowl instead..I can’t be doing with shit service…

The night improved with a home made ruby and a movie (Hot Fuzz..Not as good as Shaun of the dead by a long chalk) with M & Ms and a bottle of wine..Quality time!

Back to the factory tonight for the start of 6 shifts and it’s hot out so i just know the factory will be at level 7 of hell for a couple of nights…Would i have it any other way???
