Credit Crunch with milk and sugar.

I have just been reading about how the so called Credit Crunch is affecting us here in Hood Town with the Tales of Robin Hood on the brink of collapse.. How crap is that eh? I never really thought the place was all that good but we do need it to stay open..Perhaps a move up into the castle grounds will do it some good???

 Oh and nipping into our local Wollies was an eye opener yesterday.. They have even sold the shelving??? Mind you i must say that over the years i must have spent well over 20 quid in there so no loss to me,Bad news for those who have lost their jobs though.

As i have been getting a few Migraines/Headaches lately Mrs B is going to book me in for an eye test (It could be a tumor) to see if my mincers are at fault, And with 2 pairs of glasses for 75 quid i reckon now is the time to go blind.. I reckon i will go toSpecsavers!!!

I missed out on catching up with Ken the Bubble due to me working and him & his family having to travel around visiting family, Maybe next year i will visit you mate,Hey ya never know?

Anyroad time i continued my search for some free Goon Shows..Have a good on and keep watching the skies..Their here!

A few weeks to go.

Another migraine today..Arse! It’s not a tumor! Back to the factory tonight and we have a new bod in to cover for Douggie who is recouping at home after his op.Get well soon mate we need you back on the shop floor.

Only a few week now till our holiday down in Somerset though this month sees me at the factory every weekend so no quality time with the lovely Mrs B unless she takes a few days hol mid week that is..hey ya never know! Anice Shepherds Pie cooking away down in the kitchen for the family’s evening meal..Mrs B does like my cooking though second helpings mostly go to young master B who will eat it cold???? How gross is that?

I am in need of a hair cut butSpeedys was closed the other day when i nipped up so i am hoping Mrs B will give me a trim over the weekend.We have some clipper so a quick job apart from the “Are you going on holiday this year?” and “Something for the weekend?” chat that is part of the ritual of home hair cutting here at Barnze Towers.

Anyroad it’s time for a shower and a shave in readiness for tonight’s shift.have a good one you lot.well most of you, the others (They know who they are) can fuck off and die. Stay safe and take care eh?

 

Absolute hatstand.

Another mental shift last night and by 2 am we were all well chuffed to see the back end of the work going out. Mind you we did get a good view of the fire across the way from us..thank fuck the smoke never came our way..That’s all ya need after a hard shift. I suppose the firemen will be crowing about the first bit of work they have had to do this year.. Perhaps another strike for 40 grand a year is looming now they have had to get out of bed and do a bit!

I had a bastard of a migraine last night but managed it with a fist full of pain killers, and once the flashing had gone away i plodded on with a belting head ache, an aching neck and a taste like i had an old copper penny stuck in the back of my throat.. Those of you unlucky enough to suffer these things will know just how much pain they cause. Still a bit groggy from it now over 12 hours later..More pills i reckon.

Only two shifts to go this week so the days off are on their way.Mrs B is out for a beer or two with her colleagues on Friday whilst i shall be having a cup of char with mine..Somethings just ain’t right eh?

Yesterday was the beginning of ” Be Nice To Nettles Week ” now that’s a good week for us as we have a small Nettle patch for the caterpillars and butterflys to feed on and lay their  eggs on cuz we do like to promote nature, unlike cat owners who allow their filthy beasts to shit in other folks gardens and kill anything the stinking flea ridden bastards can jump on!

I wonder if anyone in my neighbourhood is going to enjoy ” Noise Action Week ‘ next week..it’s all about spec init?
