Still alive..Just!

Still poorly,it’s been ages now and no sign of it going away,Mind you i slept like a log last night for the first time in weeks,I am taking it easy this week just catching up on sleep and keeping snug n warm.

Just back from the tattoists and am well chuffed with the knight,I will post photos when it has healed.Poor Douggie still has another session on his back so he is still not done,maybe next week mate..

I have a few days off now so plenty of time to rest up and try to shake this cold off,hot lemon drinks and losds of tele will sort it.

Not quite match fit.

I am still not up to speed yet after nearly 2 weeks of feeling like a bag of shit..Proper poorly and now the lovely Mrs B is getting the virus..I feel sorry for her but i reckon she wont have it half as bad as me….

I am enjoying the scooter and am getting in and out work in about 10 mins..brill..i am looking forward to a good run out this week to hone my skills, Mind you i am up at the tattooists in the morning so no chance of a run out tomorrow.

i have been to tired to get up on the pc for the last few days so i have a shit load of catching up to do so i am off to read a few folks stuff. Have a good one.

 The next piece of my tattoo has been done,no pics yet as i am on my own and ya can’t photograph your own back, but it looks good, booked in for an hour tomorrow so i shall post a pick of the full work (In progress) when i get back.

Nice to get a bit more done though i reckon that will be it for a few weeks due to it costing a bomb and i have the holidays to pay for..I am hoping to have the full piece done for crimbo though i do have a load of designs i would like i reckon i will have to stop at the full back job. But then again!

A sticky day today,grey skies and very warm… Kind of shit sleeping weather if you know what i mean?

The nature of the beast.

A very busy week at the factory and we all put in that extra bit to see the job through, And i reckon all of us were well looking forward to these days off! i dint get up till 11 today so i must have been running on empty on my last shift eh? Only the night shifts to go then our gaffer is off on his hols then it’s my turn to jet off.

 Planning is ongoing for the September hols and the added bonus of young Master B coming along with us is yet another target to aim at,Mind you i think we have something in planning for our anniversary in August?? Life is good.

Bad news on the streets of Hood Town as another victimof the gun dies, and another gets stabbed, I must say it gives me a feeling of dread when young Master B is out on the town,Well you never know what you are gunna walk into do ya?

Good news on the garden front as Grunt our resident Hedgehog has shown his face, Mrs B spotted him the other evening (I had gone to bed early) trundling around the garden scooping up snails. i hope we see some new borns again this year,It’s good to know that we are doing our bit for nature.

Oh and my lastest piece of skin art is looking good now the scabby bits are coming away, I am off up the tatt shop on friday with Master B,he is getting some of those crappy tribal things put on,Whilst i am there i shall discuss the ways of getting a longer session on my back to get it done quicker.

Anyroad i got a bit of shopping to do for tonights dinner so i’m off, Take care out there!

A swift un.

That’s the working week behind me and with a few cold ones out the front of the pub last night a good end to another hard week, now a few days off and a good start as i did not wake up till well after half ten today,I have been well looking forward to catching up on the sleep i can tell ya.

Outside catering tonight so no cooking for me..Nice!

Off out shopping with the lovely Mrs B on Friday,Mind you i had best slip on the kevlar vest as there is a sniper about in Bulwell not quite what you want while you are shopping.

Good to see the sun shining and the garden looking good,i even managed to get a little fat guz-gog of my bush before the birds and bugs got to it,The whole garden is in tip top condition (All Mrs Bs work) thanks to my watering skills.

Anyroad i am off for a brew now,Have a good one and mind you don’t cop a pellet in the eye if you are out and about in Hood Town.

Just back from the dentists..Good bloke my man knowing that i don’t like the place i was in and out in 10 minutes minus a tooth and plus a numb face… All for under 50 quid…Mmmm i could think of a lot more i could do with that 50!

The above image was knicked from me mate Pinksy’s site, Kind of gives me one of those evil genius smiles to look at it as i never supported um and the crew in there hated me for it.. Fuck um. The rest of the shops here are making a packet at the moment as i hear the new Morrisons will not be trading until mid November, Not that it will bother us cuz we do our monthly shopping online and only use the local shops for fresh stuff, veg, fruit etc but i reckon that will change once Mozzers is up and running, A customer gain for them and a bonus for us as i do like to shop rather than key in my order. Bring it on.

As i am missing a tooth i shall be munching on a few wild mushrooms in a broth tonight while the rest of the crew enjoy some jerk chicken..I might be able to force a bit of it down me if i am lucky..i love jerk chicken me.

Anyroad the numbness in my face is easing off so i am off to take a couple of pain killers to ease the pain and nip on the settee for a bit of a nod. Have a good one you lot and take care out there. Oh i i managed to bowl a tomato at that filthy black cat today,I only wish i had a brick at hand. Meee Owwwww! I hope our resident squirrel has its fucking eyes out.

Coma or Sleep?

I tell ya what no matter how good ya hols are it’s allus good to get in ya own bed..i slept like a log last night..Mind you i got to bed late after watching Schindler’s List again,A cracking film i reckon. Anyroad if it weren’t for the dustbin men waking me up at just gone 8 i would have slept till dinner time.

I hear that the old Co-Op will be closed for about a month for fitting out and by the looks on the faces of staff in other shops they are making it pay while they can, I reckon there ain’t one person that’s gunna miss the old dump.. Mind you it would be good to see the old bingo place as a pile of rubble..I can only wish!

Back to the factory on Thursday night and i am hoping that Douggie is well enough to get back to work by then, The poor fucker has a trapped sciatic nerve and i know how that feels.. But as i shall be gaffer i need him to be fit n well.

A bit of a lie in today, Well two in fact as i had to hit the snooze button twice before getting up. How good is sleep eh?

Today’s site meter readings tell me that the old factory are still visiting here on average four times a day..I still get the buzz of seeing them pop up. I hope I provide some entertainment back to them as they make me smile.

A good shift last night with minimum work coming in , Just what i needed as i was the only shop floor op in the factory , Sometimes you just get away with it eh? Mind you it was a bit tense at times but the shift came and went with no shit at all…Nice!  Message to Douggie…Get well soon mate cuz the swimming in shit is getting to be a bit of a bind.

The street theatre is still putting on it’s act , the swearing at children is on going but we have had a respite from the incessant thud of a football poundingagainst a wall for a few days…Oh and we have been short of late night banging and music for a few days unall , Though i reckon we have become attunedto it now so it becomes a part of everyday life! Shame the neighbourhood is going down hill though as i see another house up for sale just up the road from me..let’s hope we get some nice folks moving in eh? Asthree familys of ignorant folk in a small comunity like ours is three too many! Bring back those halcyon days!

Anyroad time for a shower and a bucket of tea. The lovely Mrs B is on her way home.

Half way through the working week and dispite being a man down we are getting the job done,A betlter of a sleep today as i woke up feeling good,what with the sunshine coming through a gap in the curtains just about ripping my eyes out …. Sad to say that owing to getting away late this morning i only just had time to bump lips with the lovely Mrs B before she had to dash off to the office, Sometimes it’s like that when ya work shifts!!!!

I borrowed the first series of the Avengers ( The Honor  Blackman years) off a mate the other week but after a few episodes i lost interest as for me they were crap..The Diana Rigg season next to watch.now i do like her.. Mind you i still have shit loads of top telly boxed sets to watch so no rush on catching up with those yet. Oh and bring on the Perdy episodes..I snogged her once…I reckon she wanted me badly but i knocked her back.

A body has been fished out of the Trent this week..I can only hope!

Back to the factory tonight for the start of the night shifts,And another weekend at work, mind you next month is weekends off so it’s swings n roundabouts eh?

I read that another arrest has been made in this farce case, I hope they throw the book at them for acting such cunts!

The lovely Mrs B is out for a few bevvies with her colleagues tonight whilst i am grafting..Life can sometimes be a bastard eh?

No sign of the sewers going down as yet so another few days of that lousy stink in the garden.
