Off in the morning to the sun,fun and frolicks in Majorca, seems to have been a long wait but it’s here.. All is ready to grab n go.Don’t miss me too much as i am taking my ipod and there may be some wireless interweb access to be had.

How nice is it to have the sun shining down eh? Gives me a chance of topping up the tan in prep for the holiday. Mrs B has nipped up to the hairdressers for the holiday trim then we are off into Hood Town for a spot of shopping,might even grab a cold one in the Bell if i behave…
Also it is good to see frogs back in the garden,Lets hope that they and the hedgehogs scoop up all the slugs and snails eh? The garden is looking lush now that we have had a few days of sun on it,Mind you those of you with lawns will be cursing it as the grass grows so fast that you can almost watch it grow.
Anyroad i’m off for a shower then into town,have a good weekend you lot and enjoy the sun.
Not a bad stint at the factory and with the shopping spree tagged on it was a good week,The Lovely Mrs B got me an IPod Touch..I ain’t put it down since i got it,a fantastic bit of kit what with the interweb at ya finger tips and plenty of room for my music collection i am well chuffed with it. I am even enjoying putting my choons on to it as it automaticaly finds and displays the cover art..How shit hot is that?
I hear that Mozzers are going to expand the store in the new year and the old Bingo place is to become a petrol filling station,A fitting end to the place i reckon and all good for local job unall. Mind you things ain’t looking all that good for jobs here in Hood Town as to big employers Experion & Capitol One both shed jobs..
Not long now till the fat bloke comes and with us working the night shift over Crimbo an early festive season for me.We have never made much of Crimbo as we give and recieve gifts throughout the year..One of the joys of love i reckon, Oh and only about 10 weeks to go till me n the lovely Mrs B are off for some winter sun. Life is good.

Well that working week soon went by and with this being my last shift i am well chuffed it went without owt to talk about apart from a scattering of snow that barley covered the ground and a dead magpie on the roof nowt much to mark it as a bad un.
Me n the lovely Mrs B will both be off at the end of the week so a bit of crimbo shopping is in order..i like shopping for prezzies me. Oh and the final destination for our winter hols has been found and holiday booked..Lanzarote… Never been there before so well up for it! A place on the south end of the island for an all inclusive doss sounds good to me.
So all good news…Mind you i aint counting chickens,As Monday night shifts have allus been a bit of a bastard for us so fingers crossed we have a good un.

Just got back from the shops.Busy up there,I ain’t seen that many folks up there for years,Packed solid it was..Mind you i can see why,it’s brill,Can’t fault it and a couple of the old supervisors ain’t there,The one’s that hid from work when it was the Co-Op. The produce is bang on and they sell Manns Brown,What more could i want?

Off up to Mozzers to see how it looks today..Been a long wait but well worth it just to see the back of the Co-Op,My insiders tell me the old supervisors have had a tough time during their training and will have to get their fingers out and get some work done for a change. A bit of a rough week at the factory just gone by and i managed to cop a bump on my head,nowt to serious but it’s as sore as fuck.Douggie is off again next week,getting some steroids pumped into his arse cheeks to sort out his trapped nerve,then the week after the gaffer has a fortnight off leaving me to pilot the ship,each passing week brings me n the lovely Mrs B closer to our winter hols..Bring on the sun is what i say.
Anyroad it’s time for me to cut the ribbon at Morrisons and i don’t want to keep Angelina waiting.Let the shopping begin!
Well i reckon Autumn is here..The leaves on our trees are starting to fall & the mornings have been foggy & damp. The Goose Fair is opening today,Not that we shall be going to it but i am sure hundreds of thousands of quids will be spent there over the next few days..My cash is staying in my pocket..Speaking of pockets, keep ya hand on ya wallet if you visit the fair as it’s a big few days for the pickpockets.
One of the bad things about this time of year is the dark..It puts folks in grumpy moods & has them shuffling along with their heads down & smiles are missing untill Crimbo then it’s heads down till March..Some folks even get sick from the dark..Other than that i must say i like it. i am well chuffed i am not on the nights shift on 26th of October when the clocks go back an hour..Did it last year and that extra hour in the factory is a bastard i can tell ya!

Just got back from the cinema..Journy to the center of the earth 3D.. Brilliant..It’s been ages since i saw a 3D movie and i was not let down..We all enjoyed it though the fat girl in red who sat three seats behind us had 4 bog visits during the movie???? Well worth a look if it’s up ya street!
After it was into Antalya to see Mehmet and enjoy another top class meal.. Mind you i paid so there was a bit of a sting in the tail.. Then off to Wilko’s for a new iron as ours committed suicide this morning.. all in a good day.
A quiet night in with a bit of Roots the next generation to watch tonight so all is well. I am not due back at the factory till Wednesday night so a bit of hedge trimming in the morning and a meal to cook is on the cards for tomorrow..
Right i’m off for a brew..mind ya backs out there as stabbing season ain’t done yet. What is the score now? 6 stabbed to death in the last 2 days??? Capital punishment time eh?
The Bell is open again after being closed for a few week to re-furbish, I ain’t been up there yet but i am well looking forward to a pint in there as it is one of my watering holes. From all accounts the place looks good. I shall give it a nudge on my next weekend off.
Their web site has not been updated yet so no pics of the work done but i am sure it will be sorted in the next few days.
Me n the lovely Mrs B are out for a meal down at the Ferry tonight and i do hope the Venison is on the menu,It has been a bit hit and miss in there of late but i do like the place and when the meals are on form they are brill! A couple of bottles of wine help the evening along so a good time ahead.

Well i reckon i am now sorted on this new system..All condoms fitted anti virus/spyware etc so i am up and running at full speed,It took ages to sort it but i got there.
The lovely Mrs B is on the mend now that her belly ain’t itchy all the time and the pain has gone she is ready for a day out..Bad news is the weather is shit so another few days till we get out, Perhaps a meal or a nice walk up at wollo park,It’s allus nice up there!
The clocks go forward at the end of the month so light nights are not far away.it makes ya feel better i reckon having a bit more light of an evening. We still have the late summer hols to book and Mrs B is looking at the Algarve for an all inclusive deal..Anywhere that has sun and a nice beach will do me,mind you i do like to look at a bit of history so lob a bit of that in and i am well chuffed.
Anyroad time to nip up to our bustling market for some shopping and with a bit of luck a jerk chicken dumplin from the afro caribbean food wagon..
