Holidays and good times.

The first holiday of the year will soon be upon me,Well up for some sun and fun after a stint of falking hard work by both myself and the lovely Mrs B,We have been putting in some top efforts on the work front and are due some down time.

The weather is picking up here now (Today is spot on) and the sunshine brings a smile to faces that were grim just a month ago. The garden is shooting to life again and the wildlife is moving back in,The resident hedgehog came out for a wander a few nights back and is looking good after its winter sleep.Spring is a great time of year.

Good to see some top class reviews of my mate Dan’s play in the news he deserves the best after putting in a lot of work,Good luck with all you do mate. I am hoping that ” Our style is legendary” plays in its home town of Nottingham,I would love to see it played here and it would be good to catch up with Dan again.

Speaking of the arts i am well chuffed to see we are again going to be having some outdoor theatre up at Notts Castle, i shall be having a portion of that later in the year.

Anyroad its time i got stuck into prepping for dinner,Have a good one and stay safe out there.

9 weeks to go.

A hell of a week,4 days off now and only 9 weeks until the first holiday of the year. Ahhh life is good.

It is good to be in daylight driving home after a night shift,i will be well chuffed to see the back of Winter this year i can tell ya,Been a long , dark ,cold bag of shite. A lovely time of year Spring.

Things are rolling along at the factory,The big change in a few weeks.more wonga.Ya cant beat change i say.

Good to put the clocks forward again and see some day light after work,not a bad day today and chance to get the washing out unall,gotta keep ya body armor clean eh?

Proper enjoying the trip in and out to work on the scooter now the weather is picking up though i hear the weather man has some snow on the way..What the hell is going on?

Anyroad i seem to have been away from here for a while due to Mafia Wars adiction so i am making an effort to updat with shite now,and as you know i am full of that.

Is that the end of the snow? Lets hope so , I am well ready for the spring i can tell ya. It is getting lighter in the mornings now and traveling home on the scooter after a night shift is getting to be a lot more fun as i can buzz up to Gotham to clear the cobwebs.

Not long now till we are getting some sun on our backs.

I only have the night shifts to do next week then i have 12 days off,Good news is the lovely Mrs B is off too so i reckon we will be getting in a visit to the cinema of a frame of bowling.Speaking of bowling it has been ages since i went with the Go-Lightlys,Mind you i reckon i am out of their circle nowadays…

Is that light i see?

Good news..Its getting lighter in the mornings,On the way home from the factory this week after the night shift i am driving into day light,Only a glimmer but it makes me feel good i can tell ya. An end to the winter gloom and a herold of the spring.Bring it on.

Things are still in the flux of change at the factory so we are all waiting for the final stamp before things realy start to roll.

After getting rid of the frozen snow i now hear that there is more to come,What about this Global warming they are always banging on about eh? Aint we here in England supposed to be warming up!!Seas rising and all that…Bolocks to that it’s perishing!

Mind you our thoughts are on the sunshine holidays..Just planning at the moment but its a good feeling looking at the temp guides on the interweb. I fancy a bit of a Greek isle this year..Ya never know Ken it may be your place this time.

Things are slowly changing for the good at the factory,though me n Douggie copped a loose bit of work the other day,a few more safety devices are needed.

The scooter has enjoyed getting out and about again but the starting problem is pissing me right off,Time for a service i reckon…No not church you fools!!!!

Anyroad i am off up the shops for a haircut and a bit of stuff for dinner….Thake care and stay safe out there,,Oh aint that DNA testing brill.

Back to the real world.

We had a belter of a holiday,good food,good drink,sunshine & a bloody good storm, We had a relaxing time and would recommend Alcudiato anyone, Our apartment was in the Bellvue complex and a good place to be, a pool and bar right outside our door..What more could ya want eh?

Mind you back to the factory on Monday night,And planning the winter break next week..The Canary islands are always warm so i reckon it back there..Fuerteventura is on the list..Never been to that one so something new eh?

I nipped into the tattoo studio and got the detailing done on the kangaroo and the Nottingham crest also had another piece put on.pics to follow.

Anyroad im off..gotta defrost the fridge in time for the new one to be delivered..Its all go aint it?

Off in the morning to the sun,fun and frolicks in Majorca, seems to have been a long wait but it’s here.. All is ready to grab n go.Don’t miss me too much as i am taking my ipod and there may be some wireless interweb access to be had.

That’s it for work for 20 days..Holiday time is here again. Not a bad week and with Douggig back all went well. Now to get fully into the holiday mode.

Oh and the winter break to plan.its all go here at Barnze Towers i can tell ya.The lovely Mrs B only has four days at the office this week then we are set for the off.

The weather in Alcudia is a steady 30 degrees and i can almost taste the sangria.
