Cold today,a frost n all that,Mind you forecast is ok so still on the scooter to work in the morning up to now,i could change my mind after looking out of the window in the morning!

We are having outside caterers in tonight so who knows what is on the menu,the world is your whelk when it’s takeaway night.

We were supposed to nip up to the tattooist today but Douggie could not make it,Mind you i still aint made my mind up on the last design for my backpiece,Tossing up between an axe on a grinding wheel and a hanging clown,Both tributes to someone special!

Anyroad time for a shave n all that so i’m off,Have a good one and wrap up warm eh?

The needle.

Back up to the tattooists in the morning,More work on my back and perhaps a bit of work on my upper arm. My mate Douggie will be up there after me for some work on his Derby footy badge. Some folks have no taste!

Mind you we can grab a pint after and if my evil plan works Douggie will be paying.

The lovely Mrs B is part way through decorating the study here at Barnze Towers so things are all over the place at the moment but i reckon it will be spot on when she has done,We have got rid of a lot of junk though i have to keep an eye on my stuff just incase Mrs B bins it…

A stabbing pain in the back.

Just back from the tattooists and now have the outlines of the next threes pieces on my back,I shall get the detail work done after my hols (Only a few weeks to go) so i am well chuffed. Mind you i am a bit sore as the new pieces are scattered over my back making it feel like an allover burn.The whole piece is looking good now,i tried to take some photos but i could not manage it on my own so i will get Mrs B to take a few snaps later then i shall post um up.

I am off out tonight to meet up with the lovely Mrs B and a few of her work collegues for a few pints beside the canal..i love the summer nights and for once this week it aint raining!!!

Last week went well with two days intensive training on some new procedures and the remainder of the week at the factory,We are still awaiting news of more changes and my fingers are crossed for a shorter working week.

Sore but happy.

Another piece of skin art today, A large piece down my spine and it hurt like hell i can tell ya, i shall post some more photos later, Needless  to say i am chuffed to bits with it and the latest one has brought together the whole thing, it’s looking good and with only a few more designs to go i reckon the end result will be bob on! a few weeks off from the tattooists now to give my sore back time to heal…Cheers Steve..Nice work.

Back to the factory in the morning for the start of the day shifts, I ain’t to keen on weekend shifts as i reckon weekends should be spent with the lovely Mrs B, Mind you with the holiday just a few weeks off i reckon i will cope.

 The next piece of my tattoo has been done,no pics yet as i am on my own and ya can’t photograph your own back, but it looks good, booked in for an hour tomorrow so i shall post a pick of the full work (In progress) when i get back.

Nice to get a bit more done though i reckon that will be it for a few weeks due to it costing a bomb and i have the holidays to pay for..I am hoping to have the full piece done for crimbo though i do have a load of designs i would like i reckon i will have to stop at the full back job. But then again!

As promised here is the latest snap of my back piece..It’s gunna be a long job to get it finished as i am now leaving it till after my hols, Well chuffed with it at the moment though i am well looking forward to the end product! It’s coming on well i reckon! And a nice tribute to the Lovely Mrs B, The Queen of my heart. As i often say “Ain’t love grand?”

There should be a quicker way of getting a full back job i reckon, The waiting is killing me!

Anyroad just a quick update on how it’s going and i am not all that chuffed with the picture quality so when the latest one has healed i will post another pic. Even in close up the detail is just to scabby to make out but take it from me it will be brill when it is healed!

A face in the crowd.

Did you ever get one of those moments where you spot a face in a crowd of someone you know, but the face is old and grey looking? I had one of those the other night, kind of made me feel good seeing this face so tired and ill looking,Sometimes justice just catches up with the bad folk eh?Schadenfreude, Hahahaha!

Off up the tattooist today and i will take my camera with me to grab a shot of the work in progress, i have my next design to take with me so he can prepare it for the next visit. I am quite looking forward to feeling the burn.

Less than five weeks to go until the holidays and what with our gaffer being off the days shifts before gives me a week in charge to ease down before we fly out, i love it when all the pieces fall into place.

Young Master Bs 21st birthday today so i was up early enough to see him open his cards and gifts before he shot off for his days graft among the brick dust and rubble of the building trade, he is out on the town tonight (Lock up your daughters) and has Friday off to recover..Ahh to be 21 again eh? Happy birthday mate!

I have got crabs..

Have you ever prepared a cooked crab? Disgusting i can tell ya,I normally get a dressed crab ready to eat but the shop had none so i got myself a whole one,What a load of mucking about that was,I ain’t doing that again,What with having to rip it open by hand n all that, Loads of mucking about for very little meat. Mind you i have seen it done in a proper shop by the sea and they bang um out in a matter of seconds, Perhaps it’s just me?

Me and the lovely Mrs B did some shopping today,i got myself a couple of shirts for the holidays,Mrs B got bugger all! And it rained then hail then a cold wind..When is the summer gunna start?
