What a week that was.

You know how we are restricted in the way we can go public with certain things that happen at work.. I do as my long term readers know. Well we have had a week of shit at the factory. I do wish i could put it down here but a previous twat of a boss (Still breathing sadly) tried to hold my blog against me.

Anyroad we have been in two very violent situations this week. All 3 of us were lucky to get away without getting hurt. We know that sooner rather than later our luck is gunna go bad & with all of us being assaulted in the past we know how it feels to take a good beating from some drugged / drunk or just plain nutty cunt.

 

I would like to put down the full story but feel it would do me & my crew some harm.

The joys of a Hospital Security Officer eh!

I reckon at nearly 57 i am getting a bit to old for disarming psychotic’s with edged weapons – wrestling blokes half my age & twice my size to the floor – Getting punched – Spat on – & generally getting abused on a monthly basis. Don’t get me wrong.. I enjoy my £6.41 per hour job but i reckon pay should go up & staffing be increased .

In the interest of safety our staffing levels are sadly lacking and being a contractor we are left out of the protective & compensation systems others benefit from.

After getting rid of the frozen snow i now hear that there is more to come,What about this Global warming they are always banging on about eh? Aint we here in England supposed to be warming up!!Seas rising and all that…Bolocks to that it’s perishing!

Mind you our thoughts are on the sunshine holidays..Just planning at the moment but its a good feeling looking at the temp guides on the interweb. I fancy a bit of a Greek isle this year..Ya never know Ken it may be your place this time.

Things are slowly changing for the good at the factory,though me n Douggie copped a loose bit of work the other day,a few more safety devices are needed.

The scooter has enjoyed getting out and about again but the starting problem is pissing me right off,Time for a service i reckon…No not church you fools!!!!

Anyroad i am off up the shops for a haircut and a bit of stuff for dinner….Thake care and stay safe out there,,Oh aint that DNA testing brill.

What a shift we had last night..Talk about the extra mile..We did a marathon i can tell ya,mind you last shift tonight so lets hope we have a steady one!

Not had a great deal of time on here of late so brace for a few snippets of shite.

A good nite out last night and we all enjoyed ourselves…You always get a good meal at Antalya’s . a pint to round off the night then home to the warm. Down hill today. Ya can’t have it good all the time.

I know its the season of goodwill to all but some out there can kiss my arse.

Cold today,a frost n all that,Mind you forecast is ok so still on the scooter to work in the morning up to now,i could change my mind after looking out of the window in the morning!

We are having outside caterers in tonight so who knows what is on the menu,the world is your whelk when it’s takeaway night.

We were supposed to nip up to the tattooist today but Douggie could not make it,Mind you i still aint made my mind up on the last design for my backpiece,Tossing up between an axe on a grinding wheel and a hanging clown,Both tributes to someone special!

Oh no the bamboo is on fire.

 

We had a great time last night setting off our fireworks,So good that we used um all even the ones i wanted to take to my mate Mass’s house…only one went wrong…A 16 shot jobbie that fell over and discharged it’s load into our bamboo plants, i thought we were gunna go up in flames but it was ok and made us laugh..A lot!

Back to the factory on Sunday night so those 12 days off have zoomed by and a long wait now till the winter holiday in February/March…The long dark nights!

A nice lump of rib eye steak for me n the lad and a lovely rainbow trout for Mrs B is on the cards for tonights meal,a bottle of wine and a nice unwind for Mrs B after a hectic week at the office. She is so lucky to have a bloke like me to pamper her.

Anyroad i am off to prep the dinner,have a good weekend you lot and take care.

A bruse and a crying pussy.

A shit week at the factory and i have come away with a belter of a bruse as a piece of work got loose and gave me a whack…Ouch! Mind you with only one weeks work to do till the holiday the pain aint all that bad. We were working two members down for two days so there was bound to be problems! 150 % you can put in but ya just can’t cover that extra 50%.

Well ready for some time off i can tell ya!

We were disturbed by the big fat ginger cat last night as it struck up one of the those baby crying noises they make..By the time i got outside the fat bastard had buggered off. Folks who insist on keeping the flea ridden things should get um indoors at night as they are prone to getting a stone lobbed at um here at Barnze Towers. I have set up a canch of stones nearer the door now giving me the extra edge. Time to get some paint balls in the freezer i reckon.

Anyroad i have got some shopping to do and inspiration to find for todays dinner so i am off. If you have one keep your pussy behind closed doors.

A lovely night..

The lovely Mrs B and myself spent a quiet night in with a nice meal and a couple of bottles of champers last night. Remembering things that had passed and looking forward to things to come. I must say that the past 22 years have just zoomed by..Something to do with age so they say! I reckon we have loads of adventures to get through in the future so bring um on.

I had a call from my mucker Douggie earlier telling me that his mother in law had passed away after a long illness..Chin up old lad,look after the family and keep smiling.

That’s the bad bit about getting older..Folks die around you! Mind you i would not want to live forever,Unless i stayed aged 30 or something.

Anyroad it’s my last day off as i am back on the night shift tomorrow, Time goes by so fast when you have a good craic. Take care out there and love your loved ones eh?

That hurt !!!!!

A tough week at the factory and still one more shift to do..We have had it all on i can tell you and to top it off i sprained a finger on a bit of work last night, Ouch..Now i am strapped up, Mind you i have four days off coming up so i have time to rest it up.

Only four weeks till our holiday so good news there,My muckker Douggie is off for the next two weeks so bad news there for us,Good for him though..I will be catching up with Douggie next week as he is up to the tattooists for some work on his back,I wonder if there will be a discount for me for introducing him to my tattooist? Worth a try i reckon.

I am looking forward to some quality time with the lovely Mrs B as this week we have only seen each other for a few minutes each day..Work gets in the way sometimes eh? Ships passing in the night and all that! Mind you at one time in our lives work was so much in the way that we communicated via notes for a few months..How shit is that?

Rain…More rain and a bit of drizzle, What happened to the heatwave the met office promised us eh? Mind you it’s good for the garden so not all bad news!

I have just read about this senseless attack on a bloke pushing a pushchair with his eight week old daughter in it..How fucked is that eh? Who would do something like that? Nothing and no one is immune from this kind of attack nowadays, i reckon you have got to be some special kind of nutter to do that kind of thing. Lets hope the attacker gets whats due eh?
