Some good news for Notts County FC as a buy out is on the cards, i reckon my bro ( A big Notts fan) will be well chuffed about the news. It will be good to see the oldest football league club on the up again!
I nipped into the tattooists yesterday to book a couple of hours work on my back, I managed to get a slot on Wednesday so i am well chuffed about that. I may even have time to get a few more hours work done on my piece before we fly out for some RnR in the sun.
The September Hols are booked and paid for……Alcudia in Majorca for a top up of sun to get us through to February then we start on the next Summers planing…NICE!
The lovely Mrs B is up at the hair dresses at the moment and i am awaiting the call to go and meet her for a spot of shopping so i am off..Have a good one you lot and take care !

We had a great time over in Malta,hotel was good,beer good,food good,timeshare touts shit,locals weird, All in a belter of a time..Now to think about the September hols..Back to Tenerife for a top up of sun i reckon.
If you ever get to Malta don’t miss visiting Mdina..I loved the place and wanted to spend the rest of my days there, The history just pulses out of the walls at you. Valletta was similar, loads of history over there and if that’s your thing you can’t go wrong.
Mind you the entertainment laid on by the hotel was shite..Honest we were lucky to hear a tune that came out of the 80s..All waltz stuff and loads of country & western stuff..Not quite my thing! I realise now just how much i hate line dancers..Nearly as much as cats…Oh not many feral cats over there so that was a bonus.
Anyroad a nice day here in hood Town so i am gunna get some more sun on my back..
In four days i will be on my back in the sun with a cold beer..Living the dream!
Not a bad first two shifts at the factory,A few bumps during the first shift but with only two shifts to do i am in a good mood!
Good to see the Police Tazer training is coming on well here in Hood Town, Looks to me like the Tazer need to be jumped up a few amps,Not as impressive as the American ones. a good tool for our Police though.

A nice sight earlier today as a flock of Blue Tits swooped in on our bird feeders,odd to see really as we normally only get the one pair come in, and i managed to hit the big fat ginger cat on the back today, A well aimed lob with a bottle opener (All i had at hand) hit the mark,Meee Owwwww!

Not a bad week for me at the factory,busy on the shop floor and i reckon i did a good job of steering the ship so all went well, Our gaffer is back next week and after those shifts me n the lovely Mrs B will be off on our jollys.

I have come to the end of The Dark Towerseries of audio books, A brill read/listen i can recommend um. i am about to start on Tad Williams “Otherland” series..They will see me through some serious sun lounger time i reckon.

Good news today as the holiday tickets come through the letter box.Always good to have them in ya mitt, I have been following the weather forcast in Malta and it looks to be a warm one.
Bad news is its gunna be a bit overcast here in Hood Town over the weekend so i reckon it’s holding hands in front of the tele for us,Nice!

I suppose it is too much to ask for an easy ride during the next few shifts but ya never know,Its our gaffers last week before he buggers off to Barcelona for a spot of culture and sun,The lucky bastard..It kind of rankles when his hols come before mine. mind you whilst he is topping up his tan i will be the gaffer,my feet are gunna enjoy the week off i reckon.
Not a lot to do today,return Mrs Bs book to the libuary (And pay the usual late return fine) then i reckon an hour on the patio copping some rays will be in order,Hey ya have to relax before work eh?
